Arms Race
Combat: Part 1
A collaboration between Bungie Studios, director Neill Blomkamp, WETA Workshop and Origami Digital LLC.
Seeing as how the Arms Race discussion was all in the E3 thread, here's a thread just for the shorts.

le sigh. Such a great concept, but poor execution. All of the CG is great, but the Live Action is ridiculously fake looking. They could seriously do better, imo.

It looks great. You have to realize this isn't some multi-million dollar movie. These people are doing it at their own cost. I'm fairly certain they are not getting paid.

This may be a stupid question, but isn't Neill Blomkamp supposedly the director of Halo(2009)?

In combat race, is the marine carrying a box of rocket launcher ammo? I can't tell from my dark monitor

Just saw the Combat:Part 1 yesterday. I was pretty surprised. I like it cuz of the little details like banshee's flying over and needles sticking into a wall in the background. You know, little stuff.

What a misleading topic title >=(
It was alright. I didn't like the battle field it was in. The action was pretty kool though.

Seriously. Still, even though I know what it's about, I can't help but think
this when I see the thread.
On-topic: I love it, especially for just a group of people that aren't being paid or anything, they're just doing it to have fun and contribute to the community.
