Female Spartans, Grunt secks, mortal Sgt. Johnson and more

Typically I'd stick to the standard WWU thread, but I feel this update contains enough information to warrant its own topic.

Also, he's something I haven't read yet.

And exactly how much space is there in the Elephant?

Enough to fit all members of both teams, two Mongooses and a Scorpion. Seriously.
Epically-epic.

Also, what's this whole Elephant vehicle about? Is it in the podcast, or EGM, or what?

It's in the EGM, also in many other magazines. They haven't said much in the podcasts.

That was stated by Frankie long ago. The update is restating what was already stated very clearly.

Man, it feels like they've revealed so much, but they make it seem like there's still so much more under wraps...

I Hope there are more Armor permutations for the elites...
The only reason I never played as one is because of it's Large Noggin...

But, they said they were fixing that, right?

As much as it can be fixed.

Also, there will likely be the same amount of permutations for each biped, it would be absurd to think otherwise.

I don't see what more they CAN do to the Elite biped...
Except for different shaped helmets..
Oh well, thats good enough...

[quote]Are the co-op characters going to be AI's when you're not playing co-op? And if so, will they be stupidly invulnerable?
Only the Arbiter is there for some of the time when you play solo, and he

Forge is a mode in which one, or multiple players can assume the role of a Monitor on a map, and can spawn objects, remove them, change settings such as ammo counts, and so on. It's a basic form of a map editor. At any time in Forge mode, the player can press Up on the Dpad and switch to a Spartan allowing them to play on the map they've been editing. In addition, a player can save a map, allowing them to share it on Live, as well as go back and play it whenever they want.

^^Indeed

I think It's a great idea to have mortal allies, it makes the game balanced. :P
As long as bungie didn't make it so that your allies are smart enough to stay alive. Maybe like Gears where you can revive your downed teammate?
