During the F&F stage everyone was friendly and a good sport. Now it's basically Halo 2 again, Teabagging screaming and general shit.

Don't be afraid to leave feedback. After every game I leave feedback for the players I like, and if there are complete jackasses, I leave negative feedback.

Improved indeed. Crouch on their head and their head will go up in your 'you know where' evertime you crouch up and down. Lmao. It's awesome. Bungie has introduced a new level of TeaBagging..

I've been playing for the last two hours and I can't wait for the full game. If Halo 3 is at least as good as this beta, then Bungie has succeeded in my mind. I wish the Plasma Rifles were a bit stronger, its hard to hit people with them for me, but I like how it actually takes some skill to do the 'noob' combo now.
Oh, and Assault Rifle is kick ass.
Plus, I haven't run in to any annoying people. Everyones been playing good and have been mature.

One thing I learned from that Halomods match today was that Tural liked his shotgun in snowbounds underground lair...
He also enjoyed thrusting the butt of his weapon at my face...

No, don't think that Tural won all the time and is better than me, its just that all his kills were against me for some strange reason :P

I like it for the most part other than these problems:
-Melees are still incredibly inconsistent, much like Halo 2
-AR is overpowered at close ranges and underpowered at any other range. Needs less damage, large magazine capacity, and more accuracy.
-BR seems to be a lot more inconsistent in hit registration. Carbine is the way to go as a result.
-Tends to pick really lousy hosts.

Actually what I think is that, while the weapons are all balanced, they are all in a way overpowered, or that the shields are too weak.

I find so many battles between people range from about 2-5 seconds. Sure this game is fast and frantic, but when battles are so quick there is little time for reaction which may lead to frsutration with people. I also know of the inventory items which do indeed balance it out but those items are actually extremley rare.

But I disagree, the Battle rifle is still an excellent weapon and so is the carbine.

I had perfectly aimed shots not register a lot in the few games I was playing. I guess it could've been lag.

could have been...Or you suck ;) But I guess there can sometimes be a bit off inaccuracy with the weapon. But the clip size is more than adequate to me.

As for lag, this may be my connection but Bungie has done a wonderful job with reducing lag. I was invited to iGeo's game full of brits who spoke in the charming manor, and only had yellow bar, the only noticable bit is the mancannon.
I also had yellow bar for the Halomods game which was kool and ended up getting many kills. But Australia games are easily the best. No abuse or hating.
