I highly doubt it. If they did, it would pretty much kill his character.
I don't see why it matters if you see his face anyways.

He takes it off at the end of Halo: Combat Evolved
He's just putting it on at the beginning of Halo 2.
It is knocked off in the Halo 3 Starry Night commercial.

Well, I think they should show his face at the end of this game. It's the last Halo game, I mean, I honestly don't think I'll look at Halo differently because they revealed the Chief's face... I'm sorry for whoever's game it will "ruin" if you saw it.
