What are you doing for the release?

On the 24th I'm gonna go to school, I get out at 2:35, then I'm gonna go home, let my phone charge fully, then go straight up to the mall here in Phoenix, and stay at the mall ALL night long with a couple friends, and wait until 12 for the Gamestop, well Babbages to be precise to do the midnight selling, pick up my copy, hopefully... (I've had it reserved since last December) go home, play it all night, ditch school, and play it some more, lol

Didn't they already say there definitely wasn't going to be a Halo 3 demo? I'm pretty sure they said that.

I am most likely gonna get the game, and stare at the box in all its glory as I wonder how much fun it must be to be playing..*sigh*=|

Didn't they already say there definitely wasn't going to be a Halo 3 demo? I'm pretty sure they said that.

I guess my friend has it ordered so hopefully it will come in on the 25th. After going to the store today to rent my brother a game and seeing a few guys playing Halo 3 in the back and going through the emblems I know exactly what emblem I want, it looks cool it's called, well don't want to spoil it for anyone but if you want to see the name it's Black Widow and there is a cool background I want to go with it... too bad there wasn't that many emblems.

Frankie stated, in an interview, that there will be no demo of Halo 3. It will be solely the release version on the disc.

Well, me and a few friends all pre-ordered our copies back in January from Game Stop. We will be having a small party outside our local game stop. We have a generator and a few tv's and Xboxs' and will be playing Halo/Halo 2 on a lan with all the people waiting in line. So if anyone pre-ordered theirs at the game stop in Concord, CA. I will see you there.

Locke, you are unbelievably awesome for doing that.

I hope I can get a LAN in with my friends over the weekend. One of my friend's is definitely getting it, and an 8 player LAN isn't that bad.

Unless I can find a last minute pre-order, I'll have to contend with hiding from the world until I have safely bought a copy, and played it through.
