H2V on Windows 7

Sorry if there's another topic, but I'm logged onto my buddy's account and don't have time to read (I'm in the Army).
Does Halo 2 Vista perform better on Windows 7, seeing as how most other software does?
Heck, has anyone even tried it yet?

No unfortunitly halo 2 vista does not perform any better on windows 7 Beta.
Several people have tried it and reported little to no difference.
The framerate issue apparently caused by the coding of the game not by the coding of windows vista.

tbh for me it works a lot better mainly because my processor can now handle it on windows 7 due to the whole OS generally being a lot less power hungry. Ive noticed less freezes and overall faster gameplay.
