Is it against halomods' rules to modify Multiplayer Maps?

That is why, after they had the whole scandal with versions 1.0-1.4 with Halo 2 Xbox (1.3/4 letting banned accounts back, not sure which one) They wanted to keep cheaters OUT!Eaton wrote: All of the tags are external and no one has found way to make them internal. Most of the stuff iv seen is made for glitched games. I'v not seen any in real matches but the only thing stopping them is the creator of those trainers.jackson117 wrote:yet hackers are still found (rarely)
Modding MP maps (realtime) isnt that hard but for those who just want to cheat in a real match and dont have a clue how to mod MP, its better to keep them in glitched.
