HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Ok, I played all throgh campaign on legendary and I didn't got the achievement. I'm useing the mods for unlimited sheilds, ammo, etc. I'm wondering if this could effect it. I got all the achievements for beating each level. Also I skipped most of the cutscenes, could this effect it?

i got the silent but deadly achievement when using a trainer so i don't think it could effecting it from a cheating perspective.

Skipping Cutscenes shouldn't affect it.
