Outskirts -- Too easy

How many people have found glitching in the Campaign level Outskirts. the other day i got on top of all the middle height building without mods. it was too easy.
-If you know where to get the skull then you can do this.
--Get up to where the skull if, then back track to where you got up but then look to the left you say a place where you can jump over then you walk like "10 feet" then you'll hit a barrier get in the right corner of the barrier and the wall.
---Then jump and crouch to the corner, try it a couple times then you eventually get up there then just explore.
