how do i replace the old map with the modded one

You right click on hit copy on the modded map, navigate to your Halo Trial maps folder, right click paste, and when it asks to over right, click Yes.

Copy the modded map and paste it into the maps folder. When prompted to overwrite, click Yes.

i clicked copy on the modded map and right clicked on the old one but it wont say paste

You don't need to right click on the old map, just right click somewhere inside the folder.

I'm gonna explain it one more time. If you can't get it, then I'm sorry but I am too tired to explain any more.

What you have to do is:

1. Right click on the modded map (that you downloaded). Then click on Copy.
2. Right click inside of your maps folder. Then click on Paste.
3. You should be asked if you want to overwrite the old file with the new one, click on Yes (or it might say Move and Replace).
4. Play the game.

That's all you need to do.

i get it but when the file is in the winrar thing is that when i copy it and i when i do paste it in that folder it doesnt ask me to overwirte anything

Yes, copy the file that is inside the winrar. Then just paste it into the maps folder (the one that's inside your halo trial folder).

1.when i right click on the map in winrar it doesnt say copy

2.when i right click in the folder it doesnt say overwrite it only moves it
