HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

A pretty simple skin where the Master Chief has black armor and the shoulder and leg sections of his armor are colored. I'm not hoping for a high rating, as Tiamat's Ncyborg from Hugeass has a similar skin. This was just a skin I made for practicing skinning models.

This is also the first skin where I skinned a model instead of a flag like my previous skins :]

One last question, I recolored every section of his armor seperately, so it took me about two days to make this skin. Was there an easier way to make this skin instead of recoloring everything like I did?

*Assault Rifle skin in the second picture is SCORPION-396's Pre-Xbox Assault Rifle skin.
*Textures in the pictures are from Philly's Fireteam Delta mod. These textures are from the beta version.

I liek it but does it only come in brown?

Nope, it works in campaign and multiplayer. It just looks brown in those pictures because of the lighting in the map.

I like the idea, but the colours just don't work. Try something else. Looks good so far, though.

That's because they are affected by the lightmaps. Try something out before criticizing it.

The "Downloaded 0 times" makes me sad

you guys...the shoulder pads will change color to what ever your mc color is.

...Honestly...

Not on that map though.

That was really unnecessary to post that many smilies, especially without words.

The skin looks nice, the shoulders are a little bit meh to me because it makes them look huge, but overall it's nice.

That looks really cool. My cyborg skin was inspired by Hugeass(CE), Cold Snap, & Halo 2.
