If that second version is still going, I will be able to do some stuff, though I'm busy as hell.

That means ar animations that aren't fail.

And these

RYDER this "awesome job" comment...I dont believe you.I think it's the same as the assault rifle.First you said it's great , but in the other topic :
"I never really liked developer's work".So I don't think you really say this.

1st. Thanks to anyone for not greeting me like " welcome again [bad words".
2nd. I agree that this mod can't be compared with Pepsi's FTW.
3rd. This mod goes very off topic about the DXTweaker.Just ignore it.

Really , don't you remember the assault rifle's skin with the lamps.
You said : "I forgot to add something.Very good."
And then in other topic you said you don't really like my job.
You can see this in your profile's posts. But nevermind , when you really say you like this mod.

It's certainly very visually appealing. I assume no Mac version. ?. And some things are a tad over done. Still, much better than the original look of Halo.

it will work on the mac.. if its a .map file, just swap it for the other .map file of its name in the Maps folder...

No, if it was that easy then I would not have converted the FTW mod, PC maps may not work on macs because the executable file is written completely differently than the mac one, no that is not stating the obvious, how they translate and give you then end product is different, so you have to open them in HHK with the waffles icon, and then do File>Save As to save a version that should work on a mac.

Ah, thanks a lot. :) Would I also have to open the bitmaps.map with HHK and save it, or can I use that as is?

Haha. That I don't have to. After playing this for an hour, between campaign and mutliplayer, some severe inconsistencies in the skins came to the forefront. Although many of the skins are nice, many of them are either completely out of place; or downright fugly. For instance, the tiled wood and black texture... What was that all about? If it was more consistent, it would be much better. Some of the animations, such as the new pistol animation, are a nice touch, and do refresh the gameplay to an extent. The detail on the weapons is good, but then that completely contrasts with the lack of detail on parts of the terrain. This is a good starting block for a possible great mod, but you need to build off this, as some drastic changes and improvements are needed.

Review:

Visual Quality: 7/10 (Due to the inconsistencies.)
General Gameplay: 6/10 (Some of the maps are just too dark, or the skins are distracting during play. Also, some of the animations, such as the pistols, seem to sway as you run; rather irritating...)
Consistency: 4/10 (This was it's main downfall.)
Overall Rating: 6/10.

Wow, that was quite in depth. I would expect a review like that from one of the older members on the site.

The animations aren't his fault. He did not make them. Why did you add that into your "grade". What is this thing, "Consistency" you talk of? So if one skin has 3 dots, they all have to have 3 dots or it's fail? :?

Also, DH, lol.

ROFLWAFFLE @ dictionary.

OT: as a neutral spectator, unaware of any previous arguments, I quite like this mod. Looks like it was made with tender love and care.

Also, I didn't know there was another belgian on these forums besides bodivatsa!

The reason I put consistently in to be graded, is because if a mod is completely different throughout, for instance, if it starts, and it's supposed to be a based upon a certain theme, it helps to be the same throughout, otherwise it makes gameplay, and enjoying the game, much harder for the player, because they're constantly having to adapt the way they play. See what I'm getting at? I personally do feel it's crucial to playing Halo.
