Im trying to make a ladder for my level but the shader for it isnt working right. You guys know how in the levels with ladders only show the rungs? What shader do I use and what things properties the shader do I need to change to get the black parts out? Also, what do I need to do to the image? like...

Probably the only way that is possible is if you create the buildings or whatever as scenery, but that would probably take longer than actually welding it to the level.

Could you post what the error is in full? Also did you get the error when doing the collision-geometry or just trying to build the model?

The easiest thing i can think of is delete the fog in the water and have the ground fog cover it all. That is only if the water and the ground fog are the same.

When it says power of 2, it means: 1,2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256,512....

All you have to do is resize your picture to whatever is the closest power of 2 dimension. I would go with 256x256 for your texture.

Also, i want my weapon to have a strong melee attack. by which i mean that it throws the player or veichle back when they get hit by my weapon. Where would it be under in the melee.damage_effect tag? Or if its not in that one, what tag?

Ok, i got my weapon into my map and all of that. (still working on the tags to get it right) But the FP model doesn't have a texture. It's just white, meanwhile the 3rd person has texture.
