So with the HaloMaps Container Tool and other things such as SandBox can we switch say a tire with a dead body in forge? our dose all modding have to be done on PC and not the console? Sorry i've been away for awhile.

You should try burning to a DVD-R, they usually do not give you any errors. I believe it has to do with the format of the disk that is sometimes unreadable.

I hope your taking into consideration our posts then. You know you can do so much better in your mods.
