Just use Menu Menu Menu for add the new map, then create the patch using Serenity.
For odd reason serenity doesn not add properly the maps, so try what I said, that should work.

Well, since Entity 1.3.9 throws me an exception error while trying to clone chunks, I clone chunks with Entity UE 1.6 just fine.

Look for it over Utilities section
You can edit a pretty couple of things, however, you can't skin the mainmenu with it, you should use separated apps, like DotHalo, Entity, ect.
