Just one thing seems to be missing. The program you need to open .rar files. I think it's WinZip or something.

JamesD's Model Importer

I know that JamesD's Model Importer is on HaloMaps.org, but it didn't come with the instructions for installation. Therefore, if anyone has the file, or a link to it, I would really enjoy you sharing it with me.

EDIT: By the way, I need the one for 3ds Max, not the one for GBX
