yeah. i also didnt know halomaps had forums... wow.

so i posted a topic and got a new applicant very quickly... someone else says its pressure of competition. except we're making different things.

we're trying to make these maps fun. we're pretty much done the first map(and with tags, the next maps require substantially less work).

and that guy doesn't seem to be getting anywhere.

glitch/bug, not error.

vehicles get stuck, projectiles and equipment go right through, bipeds are fine(or so it seems).

i'm trying to make a vehicle with animations, using 3ds max 2008(3ds max 10). blitzkrieg doesn't work(even though all the dlls are in the system32 folder), bluestreak only imports animations or exports structures, and chimp is for structures only. what steps should i do for getting a vehicle tag wit...

yeah, but the thing is, for others it started right on spot. he even told me the coords from which i could easily see the level, which i went to precisely.

reinstalling HEK fixed the problem. and i have the tutorial level back.

again, it works for the guy who sent it and the guy who i sent it to, the problem lies within my HEK.

also, just now i got a new sapien message: could not teleport camera into starting BSP. its in a slightly darker gray than the others. this is probably the cause... how do i fix it?

dont see the point of a movable menu... i figured you could use the console or something to switch to the menus and moving mode, or hold a certain key to bring them up, or press a hotkey to select items on a menu.

focus on the basics first.
