It seems that tool cannot find the structure bsp, check in tags/levels/faceoff to make sure that faceoff.scenario_structure_bsp exists. If it does, I suggest you recompile your level from the .jms

This could work...

This might work. Try replacing the plasma grenade's "shock wave.damage_effect" with the flamethrower's "burning.damage_effect." Then go in to burning.damage_effect and change some of the values such as the radius to match those of the shockwave. I'm not sure but it might just work.

Go with making it part of the bsp. It should make the level run faster than making it a scenery.

One thing you forgot to mention, when you create the new item collection, you have to set the weight to 100 or it will not work. Hopefully this will help anyone with the same problems i had.
