Just remember hard coding aint everything... you can do things that cancel out the effects of the hard coding. Like i have many times... Just screw up the map as much as you can... i once ended up screwing a map up so much, it froze, and there were flood falling off a cliff.. they acted like steps, ...

monkey, you gotta try and understand this, the singleplayer levels are all broken up into bits, and there are no AI's or anything happening in those bits when you arent in them, they arent even rendered.
