Ok well bone extraction seems so far to be a hit or miss sorta thing. On some models it works perfectly, and on others a majority of them are imported just fine. Well I just found that there are multiple vertex formats...

Currently there is a the 24byte format which I showed you above
but there is also a 32byte format that is the same as the 24 but has an additional 8 bytes, so that means more stuff!

Here actualy im just gona give you the lowdown of what I know so far... Ok so some models have multiple geometry regions, some don't.
