I have a skinning request!

OK, i have tried to get my skin to work, and i have made it a bitmap, edited it, and converted it to DDS multiple times, and all i get is this the MC just a gray blob of nothingness...and i hate it. so if someone could change teh below picture into a PC skin, or make one much like it, It would be GR...

hey, i was wondering if somone could help me come up with a sig for my halo name (unknown) thanks :D if at all possible, i would like it to be based on the attached picture, it can be changed and stuff...just keep the basic shapes http://pics.livejournal.com/fullmetalnevyn/pic/00002chw thanks again ...
