make sure on the sapien tag you have "slayer able", and "slayer default" checked, (and any other ones aswell). Then in your game start a gametypw that has default vehicles. (like slayer for example). That way you don't have to edit the globals.

"C:\Progam Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\tags\levels\test\tutorial" has a tutorial.scenerio, which you can open in Sapien.

its in your halo folder...

its called tool.exe and has a cmd icon

its nothign really special, its got MS-Dos cmd prompt, and stuff, though an essential part of making maps
