Re: Construct - Open Source Map Editor
^^I could give you a build just with the code he released, and none of the illegal components if you want, although its easy enough to fix and null the references that are erroneous yourself.

Re: Film editing problem
If it isn't hashed correctly, or if the film has errors, but it is still signed correctly, it will show up a triangle with dots next to it and say corrupt. If it is hashed correctly, but not signed or signed with a banned kv, it won't show up at all.

Re: Understanding LIVE/PIRS/CON files, need help
^maybe you could try marking every hash table with out deleting it somehow, like replacing everything with a certain byte so after you do it to all of them you can go back and delete them? Or writing down the first 8 bytes of each hash table, then search and delete 0x2000 bytes from the beginning of...

Re: Understanding LIVE/PIRS/CON files, need help
wait, you went forward 0xA0000 bytes AFTER you deleted the blocks? Wouldn't you need to move forward by 0x9E000(A0000-2000) to get to the correct place if you deleted 8192 bytes?

Re: Sandbox 3.21
^either create a new plugin for each map using the built in plugin editor, or edit the plugins and change the versions to 3.3.

Re: Sandbox 3.2
Thats what I did, but it still wouldn't read the usermaps for any of the new maps correctly.
Edit: Does the same thing with your plugins, I try opening a usermap of sandbox, and it gives me the error 'could not find a plugin for this usermap'.

Re: Sandbox 3.2
How do you use the plugin editor correctly? I created a plugin for sandbox, but it still won't recognize a usermap on it.

Re: Construct - Open Source Map Editor
I wish you the best shade. There were a few easily fixed errors in the code (not including the missing library), but seeing how well it was made, and how much obvious work was put into the research (directed towards everyone who did research as well), I'm sad to see it go un-finished. But then again...

Sandtrap, shrine defender...Is the shrine defender weapon the easter egg that shoots the lazers that spawn mines, and therefore is this wield-able by the player? The shrine defender is an AI Vehicle (yes, it's the egg), it's projectile are those lasers you see, which go through you, and when it hit...

So the scale is 1m ingame to 1ft in real life ? 1 world unit= 1 foot Spartans were said to measure 7 feet irl they measure 7 world units in halo That is absolutely wrong. Make 2 objects, and change the coordinates of one to make it 1 unit higher on the z axis. It will not be a seventh of your spart...

Grab Invisible Boxes/Walls
This is primarily a forge thing so I think it goes here. I was messing around with a friend on a map I had made, which had a few added box_xl 's in doorways, when someone left and the game became laggy. I noticed some spawn points where the boxes were, and became intrigued, and grabbed one. You can ...

Pretty old. Do you remember (or ever knew about) around december last year when someone found that you could get the forge background in colour, by starting a map with a single spawn in a death barrier? Well, around April someone noticed that you could do this with any background, because you could ...

I checked both profiles and found no mention of the other name in either. Really? Because I checked very quickly and was able to almost instantly determine that the gamertags on both profiles were identical. Very interesting. Yeah, I didn't realize the xbl tag on this forum appears on hovering, my ...
