I really like it, like others said the materials need some work, but it's definatly a good start, the pose is really good as well, nice job so far :)

New WIP, based off Bungie's snow hog concept. Took about 2-3 hrs to fully model/uvw/texture. well, theres more to grpahics design than that. The better ones don't use brushes, and theres more advanced effects other than overlays and H/S changes. Thats what Afterparty and I call "GFX" Stuff that is found on mainstream sites. The underground sites is where it's at. Yeah, I'll agree...

I'd try and stay away from the Halo text... it's horrendous for regular words... Also, actually edit the outter glow and drop shaddows to make them look not-default... and good, and the blending needs a lot of work. the rubber A... shouldn't have the same texture as the armor , and B... should be more of it's own color... ;) umm... no. it all uses the same texture, its just you use a cc map to give the armor areas color. other than that its using the exact same texture and detailmap. No bump maps? And don't add noise to the armor, it looks bad... aaand... work on your diffuse/color change maps... the rubber A... shouldn't have the same texture as the armor, and B... should be more of it's own color... ;)

Ephrum, try to make your own textures rather than placing pre-existing Halo textures on top of areas of your UV map. It helps add variety. I thought they looked familiar. :? It's the metal_dirty and the Vertical Noise detail maps... the rest are mine :wink: No, more than that isn't yours. What else...
