New WIP, based off Bungie's snow hog concept. Took about 2-3 hrs to fully model/uvw/texture. text is bad on the second. try avoiding the use of the Halo font. and the one with the MC arms spazzing is pretty lame. I'd try and stay away from the Halo text... it's horrendous for regular words... Also, actually edit the outter glow and drop shaddows to make them look not-default... and good, and the blending needs a lot of work. the rubber A... shouldn't have the same texture as the armor , and B... should be more of it's own color... ;) umm... no. it all uses the same texture, its just you use a cc map to give the armor areas color. other than that its using the exact same texture and detailmap. Ephrum, try to make your own textures rather than placing pre-existing Halo textures on top of areas of your UV map. It helps add variety. I thought they looked familiar. :?
