Echoranger has already asked and answered this question. He got some AI cyborgs to melee enemies, but it required lots of complicated CE animation work or something. I think he explained it all in one of his youtube videos.

That's something that hasn't been known for ages.

Find where the stray vert comes from in the modelling program and flatten those vertices. That should work.

You can't directly edit the BSP, you'll have to convert to CE or something to do that. I think there's a scenery tag which references a collision which you can remove, if I remember rightly. Then you may be able to crouch underneath it. Give it a try.

HHT can also extract and inject meta. It's very useful if you know how to use it. One of my favourite mods of all time was made mostly with it.

Because I can't see the picture (my browser problems) I'm assuming you mean the visor outline, right? It's more than just a bitmap. You have to put effort in to get it to work. You can't just inject it as a skin.

In the weapon tag, change the weapon type to 'plasma rifle' instead of energy sword. That should fix it.

If you can pick it up and have an HUD, you're not missing anything. What's your problem?
