big problem hht and hmt doesnt work!!!

i dont know what it is but my halo map tools (program) doesnt work.
and hht doesnt work too. wats wrong? :cry: [/b]

i dont know what it is, but i can't open halo map tools. :?
Sparkedit works great, but hmt 3.5 doesnt work. :(
