How can I play map packs, without disableing my Halo 2 save?

I want to have a map pack and official halo2 on my hdd. But I have 2 Halo 2 on my dash(I know how to change the name), but I read somewhere, don't ask me where(and I did search) that I can edit the default.xbe so it doesn't look for the updated save folder :(

You want them to load with the killtrocity mappack? If so, the game engine is only set to handle 50 maps, and I think the mappack takes like 47... :shock: I guess 50 is okay ;) So I'll have to make a new "map-pack" with killtrocity files, BUT remove all the "killtrocity maps" an...

Wow!! Thanks XxSilencedDeathxX. No flames at all. Very pro. My question is about injecting the "unmodified" Halo 2 and Killtacular(not killtrocity ;) ) multi-player maps. You know, so I can have as many maps as I can without having to switch to the REAL Halo 2. Can I just stick them in? Or...
