You cannot create maps for Halo PC. You can, however, make maps for Halo CE. Check the Halo CE section for download links, you'll need HEK to make the maps.

Weird. It shows up in Sapien, but never spawns in my map. I've set all of the game types to default and allowed, but it doesn't show up in the game. Probably some n00bish mistake on my part. 2) That model is not a remodel, and it can not be put in Halo PC. It can be put in Halo CE though.
