HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I put it in my Halo PC directory and I still got the same error

Yeah I think I got the latest version 3.02, and it happens as soon as I double click the .exe.

Hey I downloaded Sparkedit form this forum and when I try to open it I get the following error:



I have tried downloading .NET framework many times and it still wont work...
