and also how do you reset all the biped things u changed? Cuz i screwed up doing it and i cant be a mc again (and my crewman are grunts)

I figured out how to be the covanant in sp but when i do.. I can't crouch. Are you supposed to change the cyborg_unarmed bipped? And to change it back to the mc do you just do the thing backwords? Thx
