There's been a decent amount of stuff done with PC only AI pretty recently, making them act smarter, "respawning", making it more like CE AI basically. Not there yet, and it won't be until there's a simple way to add onto the scnr tag, but it's closer. Still, seeing stuff like this is alw...

pretty easy. doesnt really require an explaination. open soudn file in goldwave. save as mp3. open mp3 in audacity. edit sound. save and convert back with goldwave.

I didn't really like sandwinder. It was ok but it was pretty empty and stuff. Maybe it's just cause I don't appreciate PC mods anymore since now I know what CE can do. No, wait, I didn't even know what CE was when I played sandwinder... Sandwinder was made with CE and then converted to PC.... >.>
