well when in Entity, i cant find the Netgame Equipment tag for Headlong?

I have some ideas for a race track mod, but don't know where to start. How would I make it and what programs would I use?

I was wondering, how would i place platforms over the water in headlong and the place a scarab on it so the arena size would increase? could someone plz help.

how would i open a .map file in the Maya program? I know i can make maps with it, but i need to edit one. I'm having trouble figuring out this problem.

I can't find the default.xbe file for the program to work, ive tried other default files but ended up with something else. where do i get the default.xbe file and/or the contentlister.xbe file? can someone help?

Wait, what? what files do i need to edit, what to, and how. which file? dashupdate.xbe? default.xbe? downloader.xbe? or update.xbe? im confused on what was posted on how to load these custom maps.

Some of my custom maps like outflod, descension, and brutetron wont load. it goes to the black loading screen, then straight back to the pregame lobby. what do i need to do in order to fix this problem, i fixed the encryption before i uploaded the maps, whats the problem?

How do i make it so the bench on the shadow can carry passangers or vehicles?

I'm having trouble putting the hunter into MP, adding new maps, and putting the SP vehicles in MP(like the pelican, shadow, etc.) could someone plz help me?
