Nevermind, I got it working. For some reason it worked the second time. Fun stuff. It's really weird how the Flood point the Flamethrower straight into the air and flames somehow appear at you. Quite strange, indeed.

Hmm, I guess I'll try it again. Did you have to do any user ability changing or anything besides a simple meta replacement?

Working Flamethrower in SP Library?

Hey guys I searched the forums but couldn't find a previous answer to this... As most of you probably know, a seemlingly complete Flamethrower was left in the Single Player level "The Library" and can be seen with HMT. I thought it might be fun to kill Flood with a flamethrower for a chang...

Well, after considering the benefits of SP2 versus being able to play HaloPC/CE, I decided to uninstall SP2. And man...playing with 90% less lag online is TOTALLY worth it. I just hope sometime in the future MS releases an update for HaloPC to run on SP2. That way when programs start requiri...

Well I completely uninstalled HaloPC and HaloCE, then reinstalled them both. From a fresh install I got the same problem. After updating to the 1.05 patch I got the same problem. And the 1.05 patch was created specifically to correct this issue, from what I understand. I'm really frustrated at this ...

I didn't install any lag fix, the lag fix only needs to be applied on the server side.

But see that's the thing, the blue screen gives me no information on what driver is causing the problem. Halo worked fine with patch 1.3 and SP1 with the same driver configuration I have now. This has got to be something to do with the interaction between SP2 and the latest HaloPC patch. Is there an...

SERIOUS problem with HaloPC/CE (blue screen)

Well, after being absent from this community and from HaloPC/CE for a few months, I just recently caught an article that talked about a new server-side program for HaloCE that eliminates 90% of lag. Since this is one of the reasons I stopped playing it, I figured I'd go back and give HaloCE a try. I...

Project Torlan is LIVE!

Yes indeed, everyone. I don't know if you remember but a couple of months ago I posted a topic on here asking for members for a new Halo modding project I was starting up. Well, we now finally have our site up (hosted by the Forerunners.org network), and forums will be soon to follow. Please head on...

Use Sparkedit to export the BSP of an existing map as an .obj file and open it in your favorite modelling program to count the poly's.

Nice work so far.
