HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

i use photoshop and reskin som eof my vehicles. I apply the bitmap to the map, like any other skin job, but when i play the game, the skins are back to the original. why wont the paintjobs show?

i sent modded maps to my friend but he need to resign them before he can put them on his x-box. Where can i get one for him or can anyone help him get one?

I know what that is its in teh map. all you need to do get get outside teh level and you can see it
