ok i know this is a REEALLY noobi question but where can i find halo ce map makeing tools (if there are any) i really want to let my imagenation loose :D

hello i just got halo PC YAY but i have to questions


1. when i click on multyplayer on the main menu it skips for a few mins then it says can not coneccet WTF

yes i have done it before but i have been abel to conecct once in a while and the strage thing is my IP jups every where and it says its static

hi i just got a PC and im wondering how to FTP i gto FLASHFXP but it wont conect i hope this is the wright place to post this thanks BTW i have xbmc could i plaes have some help cuz i wanna start modding thanks guys :D
