where do you get this program ive googled it 5 million times and i cant find it

can you repalce the banshee with a pistol so it makes invisible completly

is it possible to use this for skinning or do i need to get the original.....if i need to get the original where can i get it at discount

do you need a hardmod to change a character in to a grunt or sumthing like that if so what program do u use

i wanna skin maps like the ones ive seen and i want to know if there is a good tutorial on this without the big words

or you can just post for the position im taking any modders for the clan now
