it says theres errors wit that map and halo wont start

when i shoot with shotgun, it hits a car and it flies away. also there is 1 shot kill

how can i mod bg so when i shoot with shotgun, the shotgun bullets cum out but if i shoot cars, they will fly far. also u kill enemies in 1 shot. so when the bullets hit car the car flies away. any help please. thanks
