I think you mean "If anything can go wrong, it will."

It's a joke, not a scientific law.
I know full well it is a joke not a scientific law.
But it can be applied to so many situations these day's it may as well be a law.

Sod's law. Anything that can happen will. So because its possible for 20 men to rape you, in the dead of night, with no lube, and on some remote island off the cost of no-where, it's going to happen? Damn, do I feel sorry for you. Think before you act, or speak, whatever. It's not possible due to t...

Once technology has gotten to the point were basic AI [advanced by current standards] are situated in machines and are used to either replicate their own code for implementation in robots or create new structures that will be where i had pointed my the...

You dwell on human restraints too much, there is already many things computers can do better than humans and creating AI may just be one of them.

Aliens how ever, there is undeniable proof that life can live in some of the most extreme environments such as the crust's of active volcanoes and at the bottom of the oceans by the ring of fire there are underwater plooms of super heated water where life flurishes. Just because something can exist...

The day that humanity creates technology smarter than humanity, itself, is the day we're all screwed. It wont be humanity that invents it though. it would be Computers with a larger capacity than us that will. I find it strange that the people who regularly bash religion here have no problem believing in aliens without any proof. Natural laws imply that there must be a certain quantity of both genders in the population of a specie inorder for that specie to live on, that being said if there was such a go...

A child learns the way of life from their surroundings and parents.
A robot which can think would be more than likely be put into a military role such as a soldier.
As such all that machine would know is violence and killing and would more possibly be valverable to hacking or misuse.

Don't bleed, can hack themselves so they feel no pain can be rebuilt after destroyed.
Take your pick?
I know none of this is true but when machines start building their own then there may be issues.

Both, you cannot destroy or create energy and matter only convert it to other forms.
in the case of matter it would either be through atomic fusion or fission or through making a new compound element.
