Hey there I recently came back to modding cause you cant just leave it forever, you know what I mean. Now whenever I try to use a Halo 2 app that is targeted at the .Net Framework 2.0 I always get a this error message. This sucks because almost every app made now a days is targeted at .Net Framework...
