The reason I used a conflicting background was so the car would pop out. Also, dosent transparency with .png only work in Fire Fox?

Help is hard to come by when you give limited details about your problem.

Make sure the target for your shortcut is pointing to where ever your haloce.exe file is.

When accesing the camera you have to type debug_camera_save then debug_camera_load.

You also need to turn the console off by pressing Enter. If it is up you wont be able to move.

you are opening the console and typing in debug_camera or whatever the command is right?

I believe you press down the mouse scroll button too look around and then use w s a and d to move around. I cant remember what buttons make you go up and down.
