yes, u can export animations but u have to export the animations as a jmo or jmm file. both of these file formats come with blitzkrieg however i dont know if it works with gmax or not.

make sure u didn't create any faces backwards in 3ds or gmax because then ur texture is turned the other way but the solid face is still there making it seem invisible.

your shader for the texture is most likely not named right. make sure u name it the same as the bitmap. i dont use gmax but in 3ds max there is a button in your material editor that says "show map in viewport." but i dont know if thats in gmax or not.

one or more of your faces is not uvw mapped correctly so radiosity cannot run. u have to load up your debug file into your map in 3ds max or whatever your using to model and the faces that have errors will come out in blue. you can then uvw map those correctly and you should get rid of that error.

Yea the ladder looks to bright and clean considering ur in a mud tunnel. A custom one would look alot better in my opinion. Maybe make it real old looking and dirty. Btw the map looks great.

i dont know about the ctf flag in halo but i always model and animate my flags as scenery. i find that its the easiest way to do it.

everything has to be linked to the frame in 3ds max. including all the nodes. at least thats how ive always done it.

u could just make a basic outline of the turret for the collision geometry rather than using all the detailed parts which would make it less likely to get errors.

its most likely a naming problem. make sure u have named everything accordingly. if thats not the problem your names may be to long for tool because ive had that issue. also u may want to try compressing all the bitmaps explicitly in guerilla. thats my 2 sense

yea and also u cannot necessarily only hit control A and select all the polygons either cause i still got that error once when i did that. u have to go through and find the untextured face manually which is a pain.

it still didnt work after i reinstalled halo and halo ce and hek. does anyone know what the problem is and how i can fix it because i can see my map in sapien but it wont come up in game.
