HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I'm not horribly knowledgeable about this sort of thing but apparently you can't put anything new in. So i guess the only way to do everything is change the shit that's already there. Correct me if i'm way off =P (I probably am)

Is there some sort of 3d preview program? Because i'm tryin to skin a warthog, but i just don't know what the hell is what on this bitmap. I can pick out easy things like the seat and the side of the thing, but i still don't know what everything else is, and i dont want to have to open halo and get ...
