NiTrOuSoXiDe! what driver do i need to update?

ok i have a few small problems running the mod firstly the teleporter apears as a solid blue block rather than the usual green and when I zoom with the sniper rifle and turn on night vision the rectangle in the middle turns black? accept that everything else works fine, any one know how to fix this?...
