Its not a custom bsp, is just the top of the spire of the main menu. As for custom jmad, what do you think would be a good animation for the players to be doing? Only thing i can think of would be walking/running. Waveing :) I think if you can try to remove the Xbox Live menu so no one can cheat :)

Dootuz are you making a separate material for the visor or are you trying to do it with the diffuse map? Because it shouldn't be green at all.
