So couldnt you technicly, activate a skull in a mp map with this type of mod? Could that be of any use?

Ok, i down loaded the wall walker plugin for insolence, and i went to sbsp and changed the plugin but it didn't work, it said"unheld application"Any help? and is there one for dotHalo?
