Problems with Evox Trainers

I know that you set TRS on normal, save and exit, reboot, go to trainers, enable what you want, then launch the game. When I do the above it freezes at the launching page and wont load. What should I do to fix this?
P.S. Im trying to use the +13 version and I have none of the updates.
