Rotating a Model

Ok I have a model that i need to rotate because it is off kilter the way it is. I need to rotate it so it is straight. Right now i have the skull and the way it is is how it lies on the ground kinda leaning on its side. I want to rotate to look like its looking straight. Is this possible in any modd...

Yes i posted 4 times. The reason is i had to get all my pics on. The reason the map is red is because its supposed to be bloody. Thats why it was originally gunna be called bloodcreek.
