I thought Induction was made from an unused BSP chunk in one of the SP levels? If that's the case, then he's already technically made the first SP->MP conversion. And now anyone can do it. Nobody has ever done any modpacks really before this one that weren't just packages of other popular mods. Well, you need a weapon with 2 projectile chunks (I used the Carbine, because it looks to me like it was the old BR tag). Then you need the latest weap plugin which has the secondary fire stuff on it. The first one should point to first, the second one to the second. Now, just edit chunk 1 (unzoomed...
