Are you using the new v1.1 update? Get the Halo2 Launcher.
Also, try a different signing tool like inside h2x...see if it works.

It could be that that map is corrupt...or the mainmenu slot is directing to the wrong place (rename the map if so).

Good luck on this.

You cannot put the map back on the tdata folder..as signatures will not match and the map will fail to load.
Instead, make a new slot on mainmenu.map and copy the modded new map to elsewhere (like e:\halo2\turf.map for instance). This, when properly signed etc, should work.
