HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I have followed the tutorial on HMT every step but i cant seem to find a way to add the Pelican into the map. (PMI or anything) its not listed in the Vehicles tag. does anyone know how to correct this?

am i the only retard who cant play the map "Carousel.map"? the map file exists but i cant play it in the game. can anyone tell me what to do?
